The Finance Director for the Client Finance Westinghouse account will oversee and direct all accounting and financial activities in a high‑visibility, client‑facing capacity. This role is responsible for managing the finance function, ensuring accurate reporting, and acting as a strategic partner to business units.
Key duties include preparing, consolidating, and delivering the annual plan and quarterly re‑forecasts, supervising revenue recognition and accounts‑receivable targets, and managing quarterly audit schedules. The director will design and maintain internal‑control systems, policies, and procedures, produce monthly financial packages, dashboards, and variance analyses, and lead the finance team’s development and succession planning. Additionally, the role serves as the primary financial liaison for business‑unit executives, providing advisory support and ownership of all related financial processes.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance and have at least ten years of relevant experience; a CPA and/or MBA is preferred. A minimum of five years of management experience, strong auditing and internal‑control expertise, and advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and accounting systems such as JD Edwards are required. Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, coupled with a commitment to client service and company values, are essential.
The role is based on‑site in Harrisburg, PA or Pittsburgh, PA and does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States. The position offers a competitive salary estimated between $175,000 and $185,000, complemented by JLL’s Total Rewards program.
