Project Architect

Description

• Collaborate with the project team on project scope, production, and implementation of construction documents.
• Ensure construction documents align with design intent.
• Coordinate communication between the project team, sub-contractors, and other disciplines.
• Manage technical details and design aspects of assigned projects.
• Supervise a small team of interior designers and technicians when necessary.
• Conduct code analyses and act as the primary contact with jurisdictions.
• Perform submittal reviews during construction and maintain RFI and submittal logs.
• Assist in managing client expectations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience using Revit.
• 5+ years of experience in Commercial or Retail Architecture.
• Experience in creating architectural drawings for commercial or retail spaces
• 5-10 years of experience in an Architecture space.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
