Traverse the manufacturing facility to accomplish tasks
Ascend/descend ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, etc.
Accurately sorts, maintains, and stages product.
Repeat motions that may include the wrists, hands and fingers
Communicate with others to exchange accurate information
Move parts, tools and other objects weighing up to 25-50 pounds in all directions
Maintain a satisfactory work attendance
Comply with all company policies and procedures
Rejects damaged goods and takes corrective action.
Operate heavy equipment, machinery and tools
Sit or stand for up to 95 percent of work hours.
Provides Manufacturing with all required parts in a timely manner.
Maintains accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and/or daily checks.
Helps coordinate personnel to achieve optimal efficiency.
Remain in a stationary position (primarily standing) for 95% of the time
Logs non-conforming product and verifies returned goods.
Completes forklift inspections daily.
Provide problem-solving assistance for production and employees
Work a variable work schedule as assigned
Observe/assess the accuracy and quality of the work assigned (frequently including detecting color)
Ensures all inventory is labeled and placed in the appropriate bin locations.
