

Heavy‑civil contractor delivering earthwork, grading, excavation, infrastructure and utility projects.
The firm is seeking experienced Universal Heavy Equipment Operators who can work water pulls, dozers, loaders, excavators/backhoes, motor graders, and similar machinery. This safety‑sensitive position requires knowledge of hazards, cut‑fill operations, and routine equipment inspections, as well as the ability to perform preventive maintenance and report any defects to supervision. Operators will work with some of the newest, clean, and well‑maintained equipment available in the industry.
Candidates must have at least three years of construction‑industry experience operating heavy equipment, particularly in earth‑moving and cut‑fill projects. A solid understanding of diverse project requirements and the ability to adapt to various market sectors are essential.
