- Experience reviewing and identifying tax exemption certificates, including validating expiration dates and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, including managing email communications and tracking responses.
- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to professionally reach out to customers to request updated certificates.
- Detail-oriented and organized, capable of accurately tracking certificate status and maintaining documentation.
- Experience with Excel or other tracking tools is a plus.
