As Site Manager you will oversee all on‑site operations, including rent collection, tenant relations, vendor scheduling, occupancy reporting, financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and building maintenance. You will work collaboratively with an on‑site team and external agencies to deliver quality affordable housing and set the standard for community excellence.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical, collaborative, communication, creative, and problem‑solving skills, along with high ethical standards. Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and two years of property‑management experience in multi‑family affordable or supportive housing; a bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. Mandatory requirements include employment eligibility, CPR/First‑Aid certification, tuberculosis testing, background and drug screening, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

The Site Manager role is located in South Gate, CA (ZIP 90280) and is a full‑time, non‑exempt position with a salary range of $26.58‑$31.90 per hour, paid bi‑weekly. The position begins tentatively in January 2026, requires reliable transportation and on‑site residency under a Housing Agreement.
