Requirements

8-10 yrs
Effectiveness in coaching, guiding and growing a team
Tech savvy. Tech curious. Demonstrated ability to tap technology, e.g. GenAI, to effect change
A bonus if you’re trained in tools like Emergenetics or PROSCI
Degree in a related field (like Psychology, HR, Business or Social Sciences) would be advantageous though not a must
Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage — especially with senior leaders
A keen discerning lens to identify root causes from noisy data
Adept at marketing and storytelling that engage and influence target audiences
A clear way of thinking and designing programmes that can make real impact
Around 8–10 years’ experience in OD, culture or change work
