Experience and contribution to Business Development, identifying new services to existing and new Clients. Proposal preparation and winning work.
8/10+ years' experience in the design and delivery of power projects (e.g., power stations, zone substations, underground and overhead reticulation), including renewables (solar, wind, PHES, BESS) and industrial projects (water treatment, wastewater pumping and treatment). Ideally also experienced in Design Management.
Co-ordination of plant and plant services electrical works - design and experience with site supervision is desirable.
Experience with technical supervision and mentoring less experienced team members.
Formal qualifications in electrical engineering (BEng or equivalent acceptable to Engineers Australia).
Experience and a Strong understanding of current power engineering technologies, including installation, operation, and configuration methods.
