This Senior Business Development Manager role targets MUSH (Municipalities, Universities, Schools, & Hospitals) industry leaders, delivering electrical, mechanical, resiliency, sustainability, and maintenance services that lower operating costs while ensuring reliable and sustainable energy consumption. The senior manager will handle bundled solutions and large single‑item projects and must possess a hunter mentality, strong networking, team‑building, organizational, communication, technical, and computer skills.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience, has at least seven years of outside B2B sales experience, and a proven record of selling technical bundled solutions, including ESG and ESCO offerings. They are consultative, excel at high‑volume cold calling, have strong financial acumen, and are proficient with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Salesforce, and related software.
