Liaison with Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management staff to enter and maintain up-to-date employee database information
Provide Project Management support and task tracking
Assist Compliance Manager with state and federal benefit compliance reporting requirements
Test systems and integration files on an as needed basis
Reconcile and code benefit invoices and submit to Accounting
Assist in the review and audit of weekly payroll deduction files
Create/edit ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requested
Maintain confidential department records and office files in accordance with internal company procedures
Create/edit written communications, reports, or other items on a daily basis
Assist in resolution management for all benefit compliance issues and claims under the direction of HR Leadership
Maintain direct ownership of tasks/projects
Provide overall support to all functional teams as needed
Assist with the communication, implementation, and administration of employee benefits and national HR programs
Assist employees to resolve routine issues and questions within the scope of existing practices under the direction of HR Leadership
Assist with Affordable Care Act compliance auditing and annual reporting
Work with the Compliance Manager to update benefit polices as needed
