While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, type, manipulate computer devices, talk, speak, hear and listen.
Analyze and review subcontracts using multiple factors and criteria; independently apply business expectations and market terms to find practical solutions.
The employee is occasionally required to walk and sit; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl (for purposes of assisting with project job walks and site inspections).
Works with internal ACCO stakeholders to streamline the subcontracts review process.
Apply and interpret established procurement policies, procedures, and processes, including those that are complex and may require in-depth analysis and interpretation; ensure compliance with internal and external business standards, and regulatory requirements.
The employee may regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
Serve as a subcontracts knowledge leader and technical resource and interface between subcontractors and ACCO, collaborate with Purchasing personnel and Legal, interacts with internal customers, managers, team members and external vendors.
Review subcontract redlines from vendors or suppliers negotiate standard requests and/or recommend higher level review by Purchasing leadership and Legal.

5+ years
5+ years of contract/subcontract administration experience preferably in the construction industry.
Experience developing and writing a variety of contract types, including fixed price and reimbursable contracts.
Ability to learn and use efficiently various software tools, including Microsoft Suite, G Suite, Bluebeam, and others.
Insight: The ability to gather and make sense of information that suggests new possibilities.
Teamwork: The ability to effectively work toward common goals with others by supporting, encouraging, and sharing information in an authentic and approachable manner.
