Perform the roles and responsibilities for Foreman as listed on the Accountability Chart.
Ensure that a project is adequately staffed.
Perform quality checks on construction equipment.

Assign tasks to construction workers.
Lead, Manage and be Accountable (LMA) for their direct reports.
Maintain effective audio/visual discrimination and perception to the degree necessary for the successful performance of assigned duties.
Develop work schedules and allocate staff to different duties and/or shifts.
Ensure that the project is staying on or under budget.

When on project sites or if performing some types of work activity wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including, but not limited to, earplugs, protective eyewear, gloves, hard hat, steel toed work boots, and high visibility safety apparel.
Above average oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, along with use of independent judgement and creativity applied to resolution of issues.
Ability to read and understand blueprints.
Experience working and living in remote field sites
8-Hour Supervisory Training
The following experience is required:
Basic computer skills including knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail.
Ability to exercise independent judgment and advise project leadership on complex issues
Good reasoning ability and decision-making is important.
Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
One plus years of leadership experience
Have four to five years of experience in the construction industry.
Seven plus years of experience in the construction industry.
Advanced knowledge of construction engineering technology, codes and standards, and an in-depth understanding of the interdependence and relationship between other functional units.
Ability to prepare, inspect and review documents is a critical component of this role.
Valid Driver’s License and ability to drive on behalf of company business.
First Aid and CPR
High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
Highly proactive and responsive to internal and external customers
