As a MOT Lead/Manager, you will help grow one of the Mountain West’s leading design‑build teams, collaborating with local and national contractors to deliver innovative transportation solutions that add value and support client project goals.
- Lead MOT engineering teams for transportation projects such as freeways, interstates, interchanges, and urban/rural highways.
- Coordinate with other discipline leads and serve as an integral member of the project delivery team.
- Direct MOT design efforts and collaborate with contractor partners to develop MOT schemes during pursuits and final traffic control plans during execution.
- Utilize MicroStation, OpenRoads, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and other transportation engineering software.
- Provide team leadership, maintain positive relationships with clients and team members, and communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
- Maintain organized, detail‑oriented work habits.

- Travel as needed to local and Rocky Mountain region projects.
- Hold a current PE license (preferred states: UT, NV, AZ, ID, CO, NM, WA).
- Bring 10+ years of experience leading MOT/traffic control designs for infrastructure projects.
- Possess 3+ years of DOT Design‑Build (DB) or Progressive Design‑Build (PDB) experience.
- Demonstrate outstanding client and personnel skills with persuasive communication at all levels.
