As Senior Estimator, you will lead the preparation of tenders and cost estimates for complex remedial and civil engineering projects. You’ll ensure accuracy in methodologies, costings, and programs, while collaborating closely with Business Development, Operations teams, and clients. This is a highly visible role that contributes directly to the division’s success and growth.

Manage the end-to-end tendering process for major remedial projects, from inception to submission
Build and mentor a team within a newly established division
Work with a global specialist contractor delivering innovative solutions across Australia
Prepare detailed cost estimates and work with BD & Operations to refine methodologies and programs
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the tender process
Support project handovers to the construction team
Drive continuous improvement in tendering processes and quality standards
Track submissions, maintain records, and provide timely follow-ups
Mentor and guide junior estimators as the division grows
Analyse tender documentation to define project scope and obtain required details
Lead estimating for high-value, technically complex projects

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities
Qualifications: Degree in Engineering or Construction (or equivalent)
Independence: Comfortable managing multiple projects autonomously and making informed decisions
