- Drive Project Execution: Ensure timely installation of electrical systems, lighting control, and smart infrastructure. Own the daily flow of jobsite operations.
- Track Labor & Materials: Monitor labor hours, manage inventory, and assist with change orders to keep projects on budget.
- Lead the Crew: Supervise, train, and support journeyman electricians and apprentices. Set clear expectations and uphold a culture of craftsmanship, accountability, and pride.
- Site Coordination: Collaborate with general contractors, designers, and in-house integration teams. Be the “go-to” for all electrical field-related matters.
- Quality Assurance: Enforce code compliance and project specifications. Perform inspections and resolve installation issues with efficiency and foresight.
- Mentorship & Growth: Train apprentices, guide junior electricians, and create a learning culture where everyone improves their skillset.

- California Certified Journeyman Electrician (Required) or licensed for another state.
- Strong leadership skills with a calm, problem-solving mindset
- Familiarity with job tracking tools like Bluebeam, iPoint, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Ongoing Training – including advanced lighting control, smart home systems (Control4, Lutron, Savant)
- Minimum 5 years of residential electrical experience, including at least 2 in a leadership or foreman capacity
- Deep familiarity with NEC code, residential service upgrades, panel builds, lighting control preps, and smart home electrical infrastructure
