Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 11 - 13 years of practical experience in construction. In depth knowledge of construction costs, scheduling and the ability to develop or evaluate construction strategies and techniques.
A high school diploma and 15 - 18 years of practical experience would also be considered equivalent.
Ability to move freely for up to 8 hours per day.
High familiarization with glove box fabrication, components, alignment, and assembly. (Preferred)
Ability to sit/ stand for up to 8 hours per day.
Experience with large construction projects and working with DOE/NNSA (Preferred)
High familiarization with project start-up, system turnover, and operational readiness including testing and design compliance. (Preferred)
Strong understanding of constructability reviews and able to communicate the review process with the design authorities. (Preferred)
planning at the tactical level would be ideal, along with a knowledge of operations, maintenance, or project startup and construction management and construction subcontracts.
High familiarization with ASME codes and B31.3 pressure boundary systems. (Preferred)

Benefits
A 40 hour work week is scheduled. SRNS utilizes various work schedules including 5/8s (8 hour/day; five days per week), 4/10’s (10 hours/day; four days per week), and 9/80’s (9 hours/day, five days on week AA and four days on week BB. Work week excludes SRNS holidays. Each workday has 30-minute lunch. Overtime will be expected at times to meet deliverables and will be utilized at the discretion of the Manager
