Tasks

-Maintain and manage all QA/QC documentation for the project. -Ensure all documents are current, approved, and accessible to project teams. -Track submittals, approvals, non-conformance reports (NCRs), punch lists, and follow-up actions. -Serve as the point of contact for document requests between contractors, subcontractors, and clients. -Support the QA/QC team with audit preparation and compliance reporting. -Control and update drawings, specifications, submittals, inspection reports, and test certificates.

What You Bring

Contract: Up to 2 years Tools: Procore experience essential Our client is looking for somebody who has strong experience as a Document Controller and is a confident Procore user. -Excellent communication and organisational skills. -Previous experience as a Document Controller on construction projects, ideally data centre or mission-critical projects. -Able to work Monday to Friday, on site. -Hands-on experience with Procore (or similar document management systems). -Strong attention to detail and understanding of QA/QC processes.
