What you would be doing

  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
  • Track inventory (fittings, copper, refrigerant, tools, ladders, etc.) and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with basic fleet upkeep and service coordination
  • Coordinate with field and office teams for project needs
  • Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and equipment to job sites
  • Organize, label, and stage materials and tools for crews
  • Manage daily shipping and receiving of HVAC, piping, and mechanical materials

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and operate a forklift (or willing to become certified)
  • Team player who can work independently and solve problems on the fly
  • Clean driving record & background check
  • Warehouse, HVAC, or mechanical parts knowledge strongly preferred
  • Communicate effectively with team using phone, email, and basic computer skills
  • Strong organization, reliability, and communication skills
  • Valid CT driver’s license; DOT medical card preferred
