Spray Seal and Asphalt Crew Members

This is a full-time on-site role for Spray Seal and Asphalt Crew Members, located in Drayton, QLD. Crew members will be responsible for performing asphalt placement, crack sealing, and bituminous spray sealing. Day-to-day tasks include operating machinery, preparing surfaces, applying materials, and ensuring compliance with all safety guidelines. Crew members will work closely with a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards.

• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of quality control standards and safety regulations
• Previous experience in the construction or road maintenance industry is a plus
• Experience with Asphalt Placement and Bituminous Spray Sealing
• Proficiency in operating machinery and equipment for road profiling and asphalt manufacture
• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Driver's license and willingness to travel for work assignments
