Coordinate and deliver internal events including all-employee calls, team briefings, and town halls.
Build strong relationships across the business to gather insights and shape messaging.
Monitor and measure communication effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.

Partner with executives and senior leaders to help them deliver on their strategic objectives.
Support campaigns that drive awareness and engagement with key priorities such as sustainability, safety, transformation, and customer service.
Support incident and crisis communications as part of the on-call rota.
Create content across multiple channels (email, SharePoint, Viva Engage, newsletters, events, digital signage).

Proven experience in internal communications, HR, or employee engagement roles

Resilience and flexibility to support crisis communications outside of standard hours
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with sharp attention to detail
