Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of batching plants, logistics, and quality control in concrete production.
Strong knowledge of, or ability to quickly understand, ready-mix concrete products, applications, and customer segments.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
