The Equipment Commissioning Manager (EqCM) supports the Equipment North America (EqNA) organization in startup, warranty, and overall service coordination. Reporting initially to the Regional Service Manager and later to the Branch Service Manager, the EqCM is accountable to the HVAC Equipment Operations Manager and works closely with the Customer Resource Coordinator to meet field service labor requirements and serve as the single point of contact for equipment contract services.
Candidates must have more than 10 years of industry experience or a technical engineering or construction degree, strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Writer, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, conflict‑resolution, and detail‑orientation skills are required. Preferred qualifications include a BA in engineering or construction, HVAC equipment knowledge, and advanced MS Office proficiency.

The position offers a salary range of $89,000–$131,000, determined by experience, education, and market data, along with a competitive benefits package.
