Senior Commercial Manager (Renewables)

• Contribute to the refinement of corporate growth strategies, market analysis, and new business initiatives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, prepare business cases, and support project financing and partnership processes.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams including development, legal, finance, and engineering to ensure project alignment and timely delivery.
• Manage commercial negotiations and support the structuring of Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), joint ventures, and other key commercial contracts.
• Lead and coordinate multiple corporate development work streams across the project lifecycle, from concept to execution.
• Oversee financial modelling and due diligence activities to support investment and board approvals.

• Ideally 10+ years’ experience in corporate development, investments, project finance, or a related commercial function within the energy, infrastructure, or utilities sector.
• A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with demonstrated experience managing complex transactions.
• Familiarity with power purchase agreements and renewable project structuring is highly desirable.
