Logging, diagnosing, and resolving hardware and software related issues ensuring minimal disruption to daily operations.
Escalate complex incidents when needed to ensure swift resolution.
To deliver high quality first and second line technical support to colleagues across the Group.

Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure
Good organisational skills and the ability to manage your workload effectively
