

Provides 24/7 residential and commercial disaster restoration for water, fire, mold, odor, and more.
The incumbent monitors and inspects restoration tasks to ensure completion of drying, demolition, and related activities. They prepare and review documentation—including notes, photos, and reports—in accordance with company policies, explain processes and next steps to customers, and supervise technicians to maintain safety and operational standards.
Key duties include retrieving work orders, loading necessary equipment, and executing jobs per company processes and carrier standards while maintaining quality control. The role requires daily monitoring of active residential or commercial jobs, explaining procedures to customers, completing sketches and drying records using mobile software, inspecting finished work, obtaining customer signatures, requesting payments, and preparing documentation for insurance reimbursement. The incumbent also resolves customer issues, communicates job activities with internal staff, trains new technicians, and ensures safety compliance throughout each job.
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of the disaster restoration or construction industry and proficiency with mobile data‑entry software are required; experience with Xactimate is preferred. The role demands the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, solve problems, and provide excellent customer service, as well as experience in training and managing others. Preferred certifications include ASD, FSRT, OCT, and WRT.
The position requires lifting, moving, or repositioning up to 70 lb, standing and walking for extended periods, and frequent squatting, crawling, or crouching. Workers must be able to use respirators when necessary and operate in varied indoor and outdoor environments, including conditions with or without heating and air conditioning.
