  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support project tracking and decision-making.
  • Collect feedback and drive system enhancements in collaboration with IT and software vendors.
  • Configure, manage, and support the organization's PMIS platform(s), such as Primavera Unifier, MS Project Server, Oracle Aconex, or others.
  • Integrate PMIS with other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, document control, BI tools).
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure PMIS aligns with organizational project management methodologies and standards.
  • Provide training and support to end users; develop user manuals, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure data security, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.
  • Assist in data migration, configuration of workflows, and development of custom modules or templates as needed.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliability and data accuracy.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
  • 8-10 years of experience managing or supporting a PMIS.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Familiarity with systems such as Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project Online/Server, PMWeb, e-Builder, or equivalent.
  • Proficient in database management, reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau), and MS Office Suite.
  • Certification in Kahua kBuilder training
  • Certified Primavera Specialist or similar platform-specific certification
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience working in infrastructure, construction, engineering, or capital projects is a plus.
  • ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform, or relevant IT certifications
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and lifecycle.
  • Strong communication skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM
