As a Full‑Time Security Associate, you will drive company success by providing a safe and secure environment for guests, owners, and team members. This role is essential to protecting our properties and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Perform periodic and random inspections of buildings and grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and accidents.
- Maintain inspection reports, notify management of deficiencies, and coordinate remedial actions.
- Investigate security incidents, accidents, suspicious activities, and fire hazards, producing detailed reports with statements and evidence.
- Deliver outstanding guest and owner service by answering inquiries, directing traffic, and providing information and problem‑solving assistance.
- Patrol interior and perimeter of the resort to identify and address security and safety risks.
- Administer basic first aid and CPR as needed.
- Operate and monitor security equipment, including radios, AEDs, PPE, master keys, and keycard systems, and log all keys, badges, passes, and lost‑and‑found items.
- Perform key and safe assists and act as a witness to cash drops.
- Execute reasonable requests and special projects assigned by the security manager or manager on duty.

- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have at least 6 months of security, military, or law‑enforcement experience.
- Possess an active Hawaii Security Guard Card or be able to obtain one within 30 days of hire.
- Be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, holidays, and short‑notice shifts.
- Preferred: prior hotel or hospitality experience.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification preferred.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
