Description
Support program-related issues by developing "what-if" planning scenarios as needed.
Report key performance indicators (KPIs) and update client plans.
Participate in Tier 2 and Tier 3 meetings, providing relevant planning information.
Forecast, plan, and confirm logistics dispatch dates from the factory, aligned with internal plans.
Chair weekly and daily planning meetings; coordinate and update internal plans, including end-of-cycle activities.
Analyze site capacity (e.g., storage space) on a weekly basis, based on forecasts and plans.
Support the department with wider activities related to planning and control, as required.
Support Core and other planning-related meetings. Communicate the limitations (line capacity, resources…) that may exist for the fulfilment of the plans of the Programs and prepare proposals for mitigating the impact of possible deviations.
Forecast and plan car shell and bogie requirements based on production line schedules.
Set up and maintain production line schedules.
Develop and update Manufacturing (MFG) Plans, including a 4-week forecast; import relevant dates into the ERP system.
