The employee must effectively communicate in English, perform basic mathematical functions, follow all policies and procedures, and interpret written, oral or diagrammatic instructions. They must be capable of working in rapidly changing environments and operate hand and power tools, traffic control devices, and mobile equipment such as tractors, graders, mowers, sweepers and augers.

A valid Ontario Class DZ driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is mandatory; an AZ license is considered a plus.
The position demands regular standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted, as well as the use of manual and powered pneumatic, hydraulic, gas and electric tools.
