Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faults efficiently.
Liaise with the Branch Manager and office staff to clarify job requirements and report progress.
Install, commission, and service a wide range of compressed air equipment including compressors, dryers, filtration systems, and associated components.
Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal teams.
Accurately complete service documentation and maintain records using digital tools.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company and client Health & Safety policies.
Participate in ongoing technical training and development.
Provide technical support and share knowledge with colleagues to improve service delivery.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and emergency breakdown repairs on compressed air systems.

Experience with a variety of compressed air technologies and brands.
Engineering qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electromechanical disciplines (e.g., NVQ, HNC, City & Guilds).
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in the compressed air industry or similar technical field.
Proven diagnostic and fault-finding skills in mechanical and electrical systems.
Flexible and willing to travel across the region, including occasional overnight stays.
F-Gas certification (optional).
Full UK driving licence.
IT literate with experience using service reporting tools.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Commercial awareness and ability to make sound decisions on-site.
Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
