As an Inspection Coordinator, you will assist the Inspection team in daily operations of the Inspections department, ensuring all required project parts are completed on time while maintaining quality and safety.
Key responsibilities include managing and tracking project deliverables and timelines, communicating with customers, preparing and updating progress schedules with managers, monitoring daily office production, overseeing account progress, resolving customer complaints, coordinating with other departments, and performing additional assigned duties.
Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, preferred one year of solar experience, at least two years of administrative experience, strong multitasking and project management abilities, excellent organizational, telephone, written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and customer inspection skills, discretion, confidentiality, thorough follow‑through, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
The role requires regular long periods of sitting and computer work, frequent transitions between sitting and standing, intense concentration reviewing financial information, use of hands for handling objects, close visual detail work, clear speaking and listening, meeting project deadlines, occasional file handling, and occasional lifting of 5‑10 pounds.
All employees must undergo a criminal history check, motor vehicle record check, and a nine‑panel drug screen covering amphetamines, cocaine metabolites, opiates, PCP, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, methadone, methaqualone, and propoxyphene.
The position is based in the Mascoutah, Illinois area and is not available for remote candidates.
