Document Control Specialist

Description

• Track and log incoming and outgoing documents from clients, partners, and contractors
• Manage and update document registers, logs, and databases
• Work with project teams to maintain proper version control and document accuracy
• Ensure all documents meet Quality Management System (QMS) standards and compliance requirements
• Support continuous improvement of documentation workflows and processes
• Develop, organize, and maintain filing systems for document creation, storage, and backup

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, engineering, construction management, or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Understanding of engineering or technical documentation
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• 2+ years of document control experience within the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry
• Experience supporting large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects
• Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS); familiarity with SharePoint is a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams and stakeholders
