The Head of Sales & Marketing will lead commercial growth and brand building, crafting and executing strategic sales and marketing plans, driving revenue, and elevating ELE’s market presence. The role combines strategic oversight with hands‑on execution, requiring creativity, leadership and strong business acumen.
Key duties include developing sales strategies, conducting market research, managing the full sales cycle, overseeing CRM and reporting, building high‑value client relationships, and ensuring post‑project retention. On the marketing side, the leader will define brand positioning, run multi‑channel digital campaigns, manage SEO, paid media, email automation, and collaborate with PR agencies while aligning efforts with design and operations teams.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets and set KPI metrics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage full sales cycle, including lead generation, proposals, negotiations and contract closing.
- Oversee CRM, sales pipeline, forecasting and monthly reporting to senior management.
- Build and maintain relationships with high‑value clients and ensure post‑project satisfaction.
- Lead brand positioning, marketing strategy and multi‑channel digital campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Manage SEO, Google Ads, paid social, email marketing and automation workflows.
- Coordinate with design, project and operations teams for seamless delivery.
- Mentor and lead the sales and marketing team, setting goals and performance expectations.
- Monitor and report on sales and marketing KPIs, optimizing ROI and budget allocation.
