Health Safety Environment Engineer- UAEN

Description

This role is part of our Emiratization initiative, focused on recruiting Nationals to lead HSSE compliance and performance at our sites. The HSSE Officer ensures safe, secure, and environmentally responsible operations in line with company standards.

• Investigate incidents and enforce corrective actions.
• Deliver training, toolbox talks, and emergency drills.
• Liaise with authorities and monitor HSSE performance.
• Ensure compliance with HSSE regulations.
• Manage environmental compliance, waste, and security.
• Implement and maintain HSSE policies, SOPs, and procedures.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments.
• Reporting and compliance documentation.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HSSE laws and international standards.
• Emergency response and HSSE training.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 1-2 years’ HSSE experience in construction or engineering sectors
• HSSE certification (CSP or equivalent).
