Candidates should have an accredited B.S. degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in Transportation.
Applicants should have solid verbal and written communication skills, and be able to interact effectively within a project team, including internal team members and client or agency team members.
Experience with NYSDOT specifications and design a plus.
