Collaborate with the engineering manager and team on new product development projects.
Communicate with operations and production teams to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
Conduct Finite Element Analysis (FEA) using Ansys to validate designs and optimize performance.
Develop quality control and testing documentation; collect and analyze prototype data.
Gather user requirements and incorporate product feedback into design improvements.
Create detailed design drawings using CAD software.
Perform engineering calculations, including stress and load analysis for hydraulic components.
Monitor product performance and manage design updates post-launch.
