Assists other crafts and trades personnel as required.
Supports the project Safety Plan through personal involvement in all aspects of safety, including training and attention to the adherence to safety requirements pertaining to particular trades.
Performs a variety of duties: washes coils, cleans blower assemblies, changes belts and filters. Identifies equipment deficiencies and notifies supervisor. Keeps detailed records of maintenance performed.
Ensures proper housekeeping practices are required on job sites, mechanical rooms and surrounding areas of equipment.
Keeps supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered.

Three years' work experience in O&M services supporting a military base or civilian installation.
Basic working knowledge in HVAC and electrical.
Ability to obtain Government credentials that may be required.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain access to U.S. Government Installations through the Defense Biometric Identification System (DBIDS).
Performs preventative maintenance and minor repair of HVAC equipment requiring basic skills in HVAC and knowledge in electrical systems.
U.S. Citizenship.
Ability to successfully pass any background checks and/or drug testing required on the contract.
Valid state Driver’s License with acceptable driving record pertinent to the position.
