You’ll serve as both technical expert and creative leader, guiding projects from concept through construction while mentoring the next generation of architects.

Oversee junior staff and consultants to ensure quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
Manage Construction Administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, and site visits.
Conduct design reviews, code analyses, and coordinate approvals with officials.
Present design concepts and represent the firm in client and owner/user meetings.
Lead and inspire project teams on mid-to-large scale healthcare projects.
Translate design intent into precise construction documents in collaboration with PMs, engineers, and clients.
Foster mentorship and growth across your team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
Licensure: Registered Architect (RA) required.
