Tasks

-A high level of reporting to owners and executive teams on budgets, financial variances, forecasting, market analysis, and weekly pricing. -Hire, train, set goals and monitor staff performance. -Collaborating with departments to meet property goals.

What You Bring

-Knowledge of Microsoft suite. -Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams or Zoom, experience required. -CONAM will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law. -Must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric. -3rd Party / Fee Management experience essential. -To be successful in this role you must meet the following requirements: -Knowledge of property management software platforms (Yardi, RealPage, Boston post, Gracehill, Revenue Management...etc.) preferred. -Must meet reporting deadlines. -Must have working knowledge of the Central Valley geographic area. -Critical writing requirements include correct grammar, structure, punctuation, and word usage. -5+ years as a Regional Manager in residential property management with supervisory/ management experience. -Acquisition and Disposition experience. -Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. -Great analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. -CPM designation is a plus but not required. -This position is contingent upon passing a background check, employment verification, and drug screening. -State of CA Real Estate License preferred. Must be willing to obtain a license within 90 days of employment. -A high level of comfort with speaking in groups, public forums or extemporaneously. -Real Page or Yardi Budget Template experience a plus. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Must have extensive knowledge and proven experience in affordable housing lease-up processes. -Must have extensive knowledge and experience of affordable housing. -Strong adaptability and capacity to work in fast-paced environments.
