Accounting Manager - Modular Solutions

We’re looking for an Accounting Manager to help lead the financial side of our growing modular construction business. You will play a hands-on role in managing the day-to-day accounting functions while helping shape the processes that support our continued growth.

• Assist with internal and external audits, monitor costs (WIP), and identify opportunities for improvement to streamline operations as we grow.
• Support and Develop the Team
• Care, drive goal settings, mentor, supervise, and train accounting teams.
• Maintain solid accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, daily cash flow, general ledger reviews, reconciliations, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and reporting — ensuring accuracy and compliance like GAAP.
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure precise job costing, reporting, and financial transparency across projects.
• Take initiative as a proactive problem solver.
• Lead Financial Operations

• CPA or CMA a plus.
• Experience in construction, modular building, or manufacturing is a plus.
• Confident leader, collaborator, and hands-on problem solver.
• Strong grasp of GAAP and accounting best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field required.
• 5–8 years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Attention to detail with a mindset for continuous improvement.
• Able to balance structure with flexibility – and wearer of many hats.
