The Leasing Associate coordinates marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident‑retention targets. The role involves guiding prospects through tours, applications, and move‑in processes, as well as sustaining resident satisfaction throughout the lease term and facilitating timely renewals.
The position requires compliance with state and local licensing requirements and a valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property. Physical duties include standing, walking, climbing, and lifting up to 25 lb independently (or 50 lb with assistance), as well as working in all weather conditions and being on call evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Compensation is hourly ($19.00‑$19.50) with eligibility for performance‑based bonuses.
