The Installer I will support the crew chief in setting up manufactured homes, including removing protective shipping wrap, storing exterior items such as shingles, and handling components like tires, axles, and tongues that can weigh up to 50 lb. The role also involves loading and unloading materials, organizing tools and trucks, and assisting with vapor barrier installation, pier construction, and masonry work beneath the homes.

This is a full‑time, Monday‑through‑Friday position with an hourly wage of $15.00‑$16.50 depending on experience and weekly pay. The job requires the ability to work outdoors, climb ladders, crawl under homes, lift up to 50 lb, and use hand and power tools such as hammers, levels, drills, and an impact wrench.
