What you would be doing

Audit parts return cart - return items to stockroom
Bending the body at the waist, the legs at the knees, and extending arms and hands in any direction
Follow all safety rules on shop floor.
Replenish line-side stock.
Sequence materials for assembly and wiring
Attend weekly production meetings.
Document and track current status of all shortages for jobs on the production line.
Verify pick carts (kits from stock)
Work closely with Purchasing, Shop and Manufacturing personnel to ensure timely delivery of shortage items.
Process Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Hold for Disposition (HFD) and lost part requests in a timely and efficient manner.

Able to use upper extremities frequently, work with both arms above shoulders and use both arms at full length frequently.
High school diploma or General Education Diploma.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) (i.e., safety shoes, hard hats, bump caps, safety glasses, hearing protection at times, safety harnesses/ fall protection equipment as required).
Must be able to meet physical lifting demand up to 50lbs.
Able to maintain body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs or step ladders
Good organization skills
Ability to read and understand MRP reports, stock status reports and customer order shortage report.
Strong analytical skills.
Working at heights usually no higher than 10 feet in the air on an elevated structure using proper lift equipment. Physical Requirements
Must be able to work from all type of ladders (step ladders, "A" frame ladders continuously and / or scissor lifts while performing overhead work.
Must have demonstrated excellent leadership skills.
Knowledge in running queries on the Oracle database and proficient with excel.
Continuous standing and walking
Safety sensitive position in a temperature-controlled manufacturing or industrial environment with occasional outside activities.
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing / assembly environment.
