  • Maintain and update models throughout all phases of design and construction.
  • Assist in implementing BIM standards, processes, and best practices across projects.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field staff to ensure accurate constructability and coordination.
  • Develop and maintain detailed 3D building and site models with a heavy emphasis on process pipe and equipment, concrete, and buildings models for water/wastewater treatment facilities, and concrete buildings and parking structures.
  • Support clash detection, quantity take-offs, and shop drawing preparation.

  • Understanding of construction sequencing and trade coordination.
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD Plant 3D, or similar platforms.
  • 3+ years of BIM/VDC experience in commercial, industrial construction, and/or treatment plant construction.
  • Strong background in pipe modeling for W/WWTP’s, pump stations, or industrial piping systems, and concrete structures such as structural frames and parking garages.
