  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, including planning, development, launch, and retirement strategies
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability
  • Implement processes for continuous improvement in product management practices and team performance
  • Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations
