This position will support the Development Managers in project administration.
- Assist in Project Development works at different stages.
- Administer SAP PO, ARIBA and related processes in Project Development
- Assist team / managers on payment processes, report and presentation preparation where required
- Maintain and organize filing system for paper and electronic documents.
- Data collection and compilation
- Support and compile matters pertaining to authority and statutory submission matters.
- File documentations such as design drawings, contract documents, project correspondences & records.
- Coordinate and liaise for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Tender administration processes.
- Assist in compilation and coordinating for Quality standards, records, and documentation.
- Provide support to coordinate on Audit matters and documentation.
