This position will support the Development Managers in project administration.

  • Assist in Project Development works at different stages.
  • Administer SAP PO, ARIBA and related processes in Project Development
  • Assist team / managers on payment processes, report and presentation preparation where required
  • Maintain and organize filing system for paper and electronic documents.
  • Data collection and compilation
  • Support and compile matters pertaining to authority and statutory submission matters.
  • File documentations such as design drawings, contract documents, project correspondences & records.
  • Coordinate and liaise for Request for Proposal (RFP) and Tender administration processes.
  • Assist in compilation and coordinating for Quality standards, records, and documentation.
  • Provide support to coordinate on Audit matters and documentation.
