Warehouse Associate

Description

The Warehouse Associate unloads and unpacks shipments of custom cabinetry and hardware, checks for damage and correct quantities, reports any issues, and records receiving data in the company database. The role also prepares and organizes stock for inventory, returns damaged products to senders, and monitors inventory levels. Paid, on‑the‑job training is provided for candidates with the right skill set and attitude.

• Receive and put away inventory
• Load products into trucks
• Sort and organize products
• Inspect inventory for conformance to company standards
• Operate a forklift to move and store inventory
• Stage products for shipment
• Perform inventory control and management tasks
• Understand and follow safety protocols
• Work with luxury‑grade products

Requirements

• Hold a High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrate basic math and organization skills
• Possess inventory management experience
• Ability to stand on feet for an entire shift and lift up to 50 lb
• Forklift certification (preferred)
• Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations (preferred)
• Experience with woodworking machines such as saw, router, or drill press (preferred)
