Maintenance Technician- Property Maintenance

Description

The Maintenance Technician works under the Service Manager to bring units to market‑ready condition according to Peak Living standards. Work hours vary with community needs and may include weekends and after‑hour emergency service.

• Complete make‑ready maintenance for units.
• Perform assigned work orders adhering to Peak Living standards.
• Maintain building and common areas.
• Execute preventative maintenance and care for property equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year general maintenance experience in property management.
• EPA and CPO certifications preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, etc.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent English.
