Coordinate with vendors for hardware or software purchases, repairs, and service support.
Assist employees with technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and escalate to vendors when necessary.
Assist with property IT needs on an as-needed basis, including a routine annual visit.
Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including routers, Wi-Fi, and switches at corporate and property locations.
Help enforce basic IT policies, such as password management, device usage, and backup procedures.
Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, printers, phones, and other office devices.
Provide first-line support for software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, ClickUp, AppFolio, and 8x8.
Track and manage IT requests and priorities to ensure timely resolution.
Document system configurations, network setups, and software licenses for reference and continuity.
Set up computers and email accounts for new employees and handle account deactivation during offboarding.

Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, and phones.
Microsoft 365 Certified (preferred)
Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate clearly with non-technical staff.
