Projects Completed
Over the years, the firm has delivered more than 7,500 projects across various sectors.
Over decades it grew into a respected general contractor focused on industrial, commercial and public works projects.
Projects span custom homes, renovations, new commercial buildings and public infrastructure.
Key milestones include its first commercial job in 1980, expansion in the 1990s, and leadership transition in 2015.
With bonding capacity around $100 million, Hickory tackles both large public works and bespoke residential commissions.
Typical services include high‑end homebuilding, office construction, renovation and public sector contracts.
Standout facts: founder Burke is a lifelong craftsman and Eagle Scout; current president Ben is an avid beekeeper and adventurer.
